Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the legal support and process serving activities provided by Impeccable Elite Process Servers LLC, including service on individuals, businesses, corporations, and registered agents. By submitting a case for service via this website or email, the Client (Law Firm, Business, or Authorized Individual) agrees to be bound by the following conditions in accordance with Michigan law and applicable court rules.

Scope of Service

We provide service of process in accordance with Michigan Court Rule (MCR) 2.103, including service on registered agents, corporate entities, and individual defendants. A “Standard Service” request includes up to three (3) diligent attempts at the specific address provided by the Client. We do not guarantee successful personal service if the defendant or registered agent is evading service, or if the address provided is incorrect, outdated, or vacant.

Payment & Fees

Upfront Payment: All services must be paid in full before the first attempt is made, unless a prior written billing agreement exists.
Fees Earned: Once the first service attempt has been made at the provided address, the service fee is considered earned and is non-refundable, regardless of whether service was successful.
Additional Costs: Any unexpected costs, including witness fees, parking for downtown Detroit court filings, or extended mileage beyond standard service areas, will be billed to the Client.

Information Accuracy

Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete case information, including the Case Number, County, service address, and registered agent details when applicable.
Correction Fees: If service fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client, a re-service or address correction fee may apply for attempts at a new or corrected location.

Proof of Service & Notarization

Documentation: Upon completion of service or diligent non-service efforts, we provide a signed and notarized Proof of Service or Affidavit of Diligent Effort, compliant with Michigan court requirements.
Delivery: Digital copies are provided via email. Original hard copies may be mailed to the Client or filed directly with the appropriate court (including the 17th District Court or 3rd Circuit Court) upon request, subject to applicable filing fees.

Limitation of Liability

Impeccable Elite Process Servers LLC shall not be held liable for delays or legal consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client, weather-related conditions, restricted access, or unexpected court closures. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
