Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the legal support and process serving activities provided by Impeccable Elite Process Servers LLC. By submitting a case for service via this website or email, the Client (Law Firm, Business, or Individual) agrees to be bound by the following conditions in accordance with Michigan law and court rules.

Scope of Service
We provide service of process in accordance with Michigan Court Rule (MCR) 2.103. A "Standard Service" request includes up to three (3) diligent attempts at the specific address provided by the client. We do not guarantee successful personal service if the defendant is evading or if the address provided is incorrect or vacant.

Payment & Fees
-
Upfront Payment: All services must be paid in full before the first attempt is made, unless a prior written billing agreement exists.
-
Fees Earned: Once the first attempt has been made at the provided address, the service fee is considered earned and is non-refundable, regardless of whether service was successful.
-
Additional Costs: Any unexpected costs, such as witness fees, parking for downtown Detroit court filings, or long-distance mileage, will be billed to the client.

Information Accuracy
-
Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for providing the correct Case Number, County, and Service Address.
-
Correction Fees: If a service fails due to an incorrect address or case number provided by the client, a "Re-drill" or "Address Correction" fee will apply for service at a new location.

Proof of Service & Notarization
-
Documentation: Upon completion of service (or non-service), we will provide a signed and notarized Proof of Service or Affidavit of Diligent Effort.
-
Delivery: Digital copies are provided via email. Original hard copies will be mailed to the client or filed directly with the court (e.g., 17th District or 3rd Circuit) if requested, for an additional filing fee.

Limitation of Liability
Impeccable Elite Process Servers LLC shall not be held liable for any legal delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client, weather-related delays, or unexpected court closures. Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
